A day at the clinic

    The appointment takes its place in the calendar.

    Elira calls in the morning. The reception books her at 09:00 with Dr. Blerim Gashi, in his calendar, according to his working hours.

    Finalizing closes the report and sends Elira to payment. The report is printed on A4 or saved as PDF, with the clinic's logo and design.

    Elira pays €20 in cash and €25 by card. The fiscal receipt prints with one click from the payment, straight on the clinic's fiscal register, without typing the amount twice.

    Every employee has their own account. The admin decides who sees what, including that doctors see only their own patients.

    Ask in plain words, e.g. “how many patients with hypertension did we have this year?”, and get the answer. It only reads, it never changes anything.

SMS reminders

Patients don't forget their follow-up.

The program itself texts the patient one day before the follow-up and a few hours before the appointment, with your clinic's name. Fewer patients who forget, fewer empty slots, and not a single call from the reception.

  • Follow-up: an SMS one working day before, inviting the patient to book a time.
  • Appointment: an SMS a few hours before. The doctor can also book the follow-up with a time, straight from the visit.
  • When the date changes or the appointment is cancelled, the reminder changes by itself.
  • According to your working hours, and never a diagnosis in the message.
  • SMS messages are sent through your clinic's own SMS account and are paid separately, per use.

Security and data ownership

Your patients' data is yours. Period.

Every clinic gets its own instance: its own address, database, document folder and a separate encryption key. No other clinic shares anything with you, neither in the program nor on the server.

What is Mjeku.App?

Mjeku.App is software for managing patients and the clinic, in Albanian: appointments, electronic patient records, medical reports, payments, the fiscal register and finances, in one place. It is for private clinics, practices, dentists, polyclinics and physiotherapy.

How much does it cost?

From €15 a month for a doctor working alone (Solo), €29 for a practice with a reception (Klinikë) and €59 for a clinic with up to 5 doctors (Klinikë Plus). Prices exclude VAT; with yearly payment you get 2 months free. All packages are under Pricing.

Do we need to install anything?

No. The program runs in the browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) on a computer, tablet and phone, and you can install it as an app with the clinic's icon, without the App Store. Only the fiscal register needs ZFPLabServer on the reception computer.

Where is patient data stored?

In your own separate instance (separate database, separate document folder, separate encryption key) on the dedicated Mjeku.App server. No other clinic shares a database with you, and you can export your data at any time.

What happens if I stop the subscription?

If the subscription expires, the program switches to read-only: you log in, view and export your data. Nothing is deleted without warning you in good time.

Does it work with the fiscal register we have?

Yes, with Global Service EU FP-15 (Tremol) registers through ZFPLabServer on the reception computer or on the LAN. Without a physical register, the receipt is issued through SEF. The receipt prints straight from the payment. For other models, contact us.

Can we bring our patients over from the old system?

Yes. You import the patient list from Excel/CSV yourself, without duplicates. For migration from another program, together with visits and payments, we help you; see Migration.

How long does setup take?

The instance is created automatically as soon as the registration request is approved. Basic setup (doctors, working hours, services, logo) takes about 10 minutes. With the Pro package, we also help with personal onboarding.

Does the program send patients SMS reminders?

Yes. The program itself texts the patient one day before the follow-up and a few hours before the appointment, with your clinic's name, according to the clinic's working hours. SMS messages are paid separately, per use; see SMS reminders.

Is there a phone app?

Yes. The system installs as an app on a phone, tablet or computer directly from the browser, with the clinic's icon and name, without the App Store. For patient safety, no data is stored on the device: everything is read encrypted from the server.
